There are several options available in attendance device based on its model, either you can download data via USB, LAN or WIFI whichever is available in biometric device.
The biometric machine can be connected with pc, computer or Laptop via USB, LAN, Wifi, or Cloud.
Depending on the biometric machine model and company there might be several options.
1) We had seen that generally for soft reset there is a path under Menu->System->Factory Data Reset,
2) Another option for resetting a biometric device is a hard reset. There might be a dedicated button on the device either it can be on the backside of the device or on the side portion of the device.
